First, we found opportunities for their business & digital properties to grow—using transparency, allowing for personalization and building on their 1:1 model
We gave users various ways to engage and interact with the children they support.
We enhanced storytelling on the site—adding value & smart content wherever possible.
But most importantly, we uncomplicated the giving process.
And began creating a transparent relationship between potential donors and the organization.
I was the design lead on this project with a great team of visual designers, user experience designers, and front end developers doing amazing work.
